Unfortunately, I do not have the capacity for a Medicare rebate. However, I have provider numbers for some private health funds;

Medibank, BUPA, AHM, HCF, ARHG.

ARHG include; Australian Defence Force, Doctors fund, Nurses & Midwives Health, Mildura Health, Police Health, See-u by HBF(previously CUA) Emergency Services Health, Unihealth,Teachers Union Health, Phoenix health,GMHBA, St Lukes Health.

If booking directly with me, I require all initial face-to-face bookings to be paid before the appointment. I'll be sure to talk to you about this when booking.

I also provide contactless Square, tap & go method for further face-to-face sessions. 

All Online sessions are to be paid for before the appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will require 50% payment. Same day, did not attend is full cost of the appointment.

My booking system will send you a reminder and ask you to confirm the appointment 48 hours prior to the appointment.
